The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time when the order is placed and will be set out in the order receipt and order confirmation. Prices for the products include VAT or other applicable taxes, except for Norway (see note below), and fees but do not include charges for shipping and handling. Separate charges for shipping, handling and their related VAT or other taxes will be shown in the shopping cart. The total cost for your purchase, include shipping and handling, will be shown before you chose payment method.
Norway: No VAT or other taxes will be added to the price in the Norway store. You are repsonsible to pay applicable VAT and other taxes in Norway. We will include a customs declaration in the shipment and you pay VAT and other taxes when the shipment arrives to Norway.
Your order will be processed within two days. If the product is out of stock we will contact you.
Usually your order will be shipped from our warehouse within three working days. Freight We use post, Schenker, DHL or other freight partner depending on size, weight and time constraints. Cost for freight is included and visible in your purchase. If you have special request regarding freight please let us know.
Full payment verification is required before products are shipped.
Kona Windsurfing is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Any personal information given by you to Kona Windsurfing will never be available for anyone else or any other organization.
If you wish to cancel the order contact us using email or phone. If the products are waiting for shipment we will return the full payment except €20 as an administrative charge. If we already have shipped the products we will return the full payment except an administrative charge of €50 and you will pay for the return freight. All returned products shall be in the original packaging.
If you believe a product has a defect related to workmanship, materials or potential freight damage please contact Kona Windsurfing immediately using email or phone. We will then help you in how to proceed. You find detailed warranty terms in the web-store.
You can return the product or products within 14 days from delivery. If the products are in its original condition and original packaging we will return what you paid for the products including your prepaid cost for freight. You pay for the return freight.
Rental and charter equipment
Payment of rental and charter equipment has to be done in advance. Cancellation has to be made at least 14 days prior to rental and charter activity by telephone or email. If you cancel 14 days before activity we will return the full payment except €20 as an administrative charge.
